I can’t rave about them enough. Having competent IT people available to help no matter what the day or time, with multiple channels of support, is fantastic. We’ve been with them 3 1/2 years now. And to be honest as a small business owner, I couldn’t do my job without them. They keep our websites running. They explain to us (even translating for the non IT folks) what we need and help us keep our server working full time. We have been with Liquid Web for over 3 years. They have proven to be a very competitive hosting company. I’m giving them perfect scores for everything except for uptime, which I’ll set to 95 out of 100. There was one time in 2014 where they had some kind of a hardware failure that affected our setup. Read and write speeds to our drives were extremely slow for not one but two consecutive days. They were accessible, but we couldn’t do anything with them as a result. We were compensated. Other than that we have had no problems. The other day we contacted them to get a sales quote to upgrade our hardware. They offered to double our RAM for free! That was amazing. They are also very responsive anytime we need them to do anything regarding our system. So, no, they are not perfect, but they really do a great job and I am happy to recommend them.
Amazing support. Every support request is not only fast but thorough. We host a dozen client sites on their cloud VPS architecture and have experienced developers but we aren’t server admins. Explanations are very detailed and unlike other hosts, they rarely require multiple follow up tickets to understand options and get a resolution. Great uptime and reasonable prices for the level of service. Ability to resize server “on the fly” has come in handy during heavy traffic events.
I host and work on many sites on LiquidWeb as I am a developer, and their support and service is amazing. On average, sites speed up 2-4x faster when I moved them from other “big name” shared hosting to the hosting at LiquidWeb. I have used their VPS service as well as all of their shared hosting packages, and I have never been disappointed in any of them. I know that, no matter what time of day or what day of the year, they are just one chat button away and always willing to help me. I have been on chat support with other companies at the same time as a chat window on LiquidWeb, and LiquidWeb picked up the chat AND answered all my questions before the other hosts even answered! It is pretty typical to have wait times of 15-30 minutes with other companies, but never with LiquidWeb – and I’ve never left a support chat feeling disappointed or frustrated (on behalf of my clients) like I have with other companies. I also know that all the servers are safe and secure, and I don’t have to worry about them going down randomly at the worst times. The central location of their data centers also means spedy service no matter where your visitors come from. I consider LiquidWeb to be one of the tools in my toolbox that allows me to provide excellent service to my own clients! They just make me look good.
LiquidWeb is not in the business of cheap web hosting and you get what you pay for. I have gotten HEROIC support at all times of the day and even on Holidays like Christmas Eve! They have a wide range of services and solutions to meet the needs of most people. LiquidWeb has fast response on support, via email, web, live chat and even telephone. They have gone beyond even helping me deal with spammers and DDOS attacks. I have used Linux based services in their data centers so I am not familiar with the range of Windows hosting offerings.
Yes, I gave them a 100% on everything. I like them that much. Really. I am a reasonably smart human being but I’ve gotten to the point in my life where I’ve learned the value of paying for reliable, expert support. The last thing I wanted was to sign up for hosting and wind up having to figure absolutely everything myself because I could never get a hold of anyone useful. I looked at several other companies besides LW, deliberately engaging their customer service in the process to see what the quality of help was. Liquid Web may not have been the cheapest option, but their customer service blew everyone else out of the water. After banging my head against the wall trying to communicate with too many foreign based call centers in the past several years, I know what a rare and awesome thing good customer service is. Liquid Web is prompt, efficient, the uptime is great and I think the superior service is worth every penny. It doesn’t hurt that the company clearly has a fun outlook and great sense of humor. Heroic support indeed!

One of my sites was hit by a spam-bot and LiquidWeb had to shut it down. They then went the full nine yards to figure out where the damage was and get my site back up.
I’ve been using Liquid Web for about four years. “I’m not a tech. Nor do I play one on TV.” Usually I rely on people who know a lot more than I, but occasionally when my team is otherwise occupied, I’ll call in to Liquid Web myself. Every time I have their tech team has been knowledgeable (and patient).

I have been with Liquidweb for approx 4 years now… I remember when I first looked in to moving from eukhost, the fear of ‘am i doing the right thing’, ‘how is this going to effect my business’.
I can honestly say this was the best move i made! Liquid Web support has helped me through some difficult times… that have usually been my own fault!
I have a very limited knowledge of running a server, so I rely on support to help me through and whilst I have had an occasional issue with liquid web I have been able to escalate the issue to a supervisor and get things resolved.
The majority of my problems come with installing software like Magento, and whilst LW don’t support the software they work on a best effort basis and they have always come through for me.
I would not hesitate to recomend these guys. Currently I have 3 servers with LW and hope to grow my business through them.
